July 7 - July 8, 2018
at the Field Museum
Johalla Projects co-produced the Field Museum’s first ever Titanosaur Sleepover. Over 400 people set up camp in the sprawling exhibit halls of the Field before emerging to an evening of science-focused games and experiments, as well as the opportunity to roam the museum and later head outside for midnight stargazing. Film screenings and guided tours through exhibits like the Evolving Planet were part of the evening program, while a bird-watching expedition and tai chi demonstration took place the next morning. The sold-out adult sleepover was in celebration of the museum’s newest edition, Maximo the Titanosaur.
