ALways slightly chuckling

“Always Slightly Chuckling is based around a conversation with a friend, where we realized we were always slightly chuckling at all times. Even through the weird, uncomfortable, and awkward moments, we found ourselves in moments of strange, yet pure laughter. For these low-line murals, I fused together this sentiment alongside the energy of Chicago in the summertime. The city transforms with a certain energy of warmth, vivaciousness, a sense of togetherness, and comfort. Since we live in a city that is cold and often times miserable for a large portion of the year, these murals are hints of the authentic energies of warmth and laughter we shouldn’t forget.”
